Jim together with his wife, Carolan, formed Carolan & Company Real Estate Services in 1995. Prior to that he worked for a local Broker . He was born and raised in Windsor Ontario, and was active in the Customs Brokerage Business, coming to Manitoba in 1967 as western divisional manager.

In 1974 he joined the Sales division of Park Realty and in 1976 acquired his FRI (Fellowship Real Estate Institute). Jim has a BA in Sociology and Urban Studies and renewal.

In the ensuing years, his two careers occupied his time until in 1992 he returned to Real Estate full time marketing resort and retirement properties in the Eastern Beaches. With his strong formal education and long time real estate experience, Jim can assist you in the acquisition of resort properties and counsel you on rural living.
