Carolan and Company will organize the advertising and screening of potential renters. We collect a security deposit from our renters that will only be returned after the cottage has been inspected and approved.

In between rentals we take care of cleaning and yard care an function as the main contact for renters.

We offer a full service, so you do not have to take care of anything on your own.
